Our client is seeking a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive based in Chandler, AZ, with some work from home flexibility. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining and fostering client relationships, delivering presentations and proposals, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing and product teams, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. ServiceNow/Technology IT Services is required.
Qualifications
5+ years Strong sales and negotiation skills
Account management and client relationship-building experience
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the technology or IT services industry is a plus
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
Knowledge of structured sales methodologies such as Value-Based Selling, MEDDIC or Strategic Selling.
Experience working within the ServiceNow partner ecosystem.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
